Winter can be a challenge for our hair and skin.
Just as in summer, we need special care and protection from the sun, in winter we need to protect our hair from dryness and keep it moisturized.
Hydration is the alpha and omega for our hair and skin. Just like in summer, so in winter we should not skip hydrating our body, so don't forget to drink your water! Experts say 2 litres a day!
The only place you can control the environment around you is at the house. Unfortunately, its not possible to control the environment outdoors or at work, so we suggest you use a dehumidifier at home and while you sleep
In winter we tend to wash our hair less than summer. Make sure you have dried your hair thoroughly before leaving the house.
Proper drying will also help to counter hair frizz.A quality hair heat protector product, a leave-in conditioner and a hair treatment once per week (at home and at the salon) are necessary for the health of your hair.
